Personality Quirk- Justin's easily confused. If something's going different then it normally does, he gets confused. This is why he and Janet are so odd. Janet's constantly going through mood swings and odd phases, and she just confuses him.
Intersting Fact- Justin got his wings two years later then normal for windians. =^^=;; well, normal time when windians are supposed to get wings anyway, not like all of them do...
