Truth be told, Frank Maynard was angry at the arrogant Forest Clan teenager that was standing in front of him. With the words that came out of Luke Mickel's muzzle, more fire glazed the Persona User's eyes when he remembered what he had gone through back during the Coliseum Incident.

The asshole!!! How dare he say something like that! Dammit! I'll KILL HIM!!!

Frank grabbed Luke by the collar of his uniform jacket and actually lifted him off the ground, making the Forest Clan teenager yip in surprise, before he started growling at the Persona User.

"First off..." Frank growled out at Luke, as he actually got face to face with him. "You've got to learn some manners! Telling my girlfriend to give you respect, when you've got a lot to learn about it yourself!"

Luke growled at the Persona User, and fixed a murderous look on him. "I guess it only fits that someone like you would wind up with this fleabag..."

Oh, that it is! I'm gonna pound this jerk into the ground! Then I'm gonna grind him in further with the heel of my shoe, then I'll start getting serious!!!

"Calm down, Frank" Ryu told the Persona User mentally.

Give me one good reason to, Ryu... with the way this guy is talking... He'll be lucky if I don't hunt him down!

"For one thing..." Remy started, before Rei finished up her sentence.

"Doesn't this beat all? Frank, It's good that you're protecting Kate..."

"But you're at school... Don't let him get to you here..." The gentle voice of Nina Winlan told the angered Persona User.

All right... all right...

"Listen you..." Frank growled out at the Forest Clan teenager. Before the Persona User could finish his sentence, Luke snapped at his face, nearly taking his nose off.

Frank managed to snap his head back just out of range of Luke's snarling muzzle. "You tried to bite me!!!" The Persona User growled out at Luke.

"Frank!!!" Kate yelled out in worry. By now, Kate had no chance of getting her boyfriend's attention, since he was so angry at the arrogant jerk named Luke Mickel.

"You asshole..." Frank growled out as he gave Luke the same determined look that he held through their little encounter. "I'd have no problems beating your ass into the ground and walking all over you... But since we're at school, it's gonna have to wait."

"What, scared?" Luke said as he mustered up a sneer. The forest clanner was still angry that he was suspended in mid-air. "All right... next Wednesday, coliseum five. And you can't use that weird ass magic of yours, either!" In his mind, Luke had already won the fight.

"You're on." Frank growled once more as he dropped the arrogant teenager roughly.

Luke scrambled up and gave him a look of death that could rival Diane Brandshire's. "And you'd better show, or else..."

"Or else what?" Frank said as he crossed his arms. By now, the Persona User was tired of having to deal with this grade A, first class jerk.

Luke just growled at the Persona User and stalked off, pushing through the crowd of students roughly. Frank just shook his head and turned to Kate.

"You okay?" Frank said gently as he turned to his girlfriend.

"I am... Thanks..." Kate said as her tail flicked in worry. "What about you? I haven't seen you that mad since..."

"Lunarvale?" Frank said quietly. "He had it coming to him... I wasn't going to sit back and let him harass my girlfriend..."

"But now, you've got to fight him next Wednesday." The young woren said as she shuffled her feet.

"I know... I know... I'm gonna need some help too... think Tellka would mind? I'll also ask Chris as well...and Katt." Frank said as he pulled Kate into a hug.

"Tell you what..." Kate said before purring in her boyfriend's arms. "I'll ask her later. Let's get back to the others"

"Fine by me, Kate..." Frank said as he separated, but kept an arm around her shoulders. "I'll even share my lunch with you..."

The couple walked back to their table slowly, while the students of Windian High just stared at Frank and thought about what just happened.
