"Sis! You ready?" Ryan Chiba yelled into the restaurant. Sure enough, Ellen Johnson came down the stairs with her backpack slung over her left shoulder, and a guitar case in one hand."Now I am... just had to finish up something in my room... fixing my bed... You know..." Ellen said with a smile. Before she could say anything else, the bells on the front door of the restaurant jingled, signaling that someone had entered. Ryan and Ellen turned at the same time and noticed the Brandshires, plus Frank and Neko-Chan entering.
"Hey guys!" Ryan said as he waved to his friends. "Neko-Chan? You're all smiles..."
The nekomata demoness just purred loudly before replying. "Myah! I'm going to school with all of you today! Purr... and on Monday... I'm going to be a student as well!"
Ellen smiled at the demoness. "So you're going to be taking classes with all of us?"
"Meow... I'm going to follow Frank's schedule at first, then... purr... I'll choose which classes I'm going to take." Neko-Chan said as both her tails waved around lightly.
"Well... I'd hate to spoil everything..." Frank said as he looked at his friends. "But we do need to get to school..."
"I know, I know..." Ryan said with a chuckle. With that said, the group of teenagers left the restaurant and met up with Brad and Yuki.
"Hey guys... what's..." It was then that the Japanese teenager noticed that Alex was walking painfully. "Alex?" Yuki said in a concerned voice. "Are you okay?"
Ellen looked at her boyfriend and noticed that he was walking with a slight limp. "Love? What happened?"
"Stuff at home... that's all..." Alex replied.
"Th' idiot was takin' too long in th' shower..." Diane replied as her tail flicked in amusement.
"You poor thing!" Ellen said as she began to fawn over her boyfriend. "You must have slipped and fallen..."
"Well..." Alex said nervously as he rubbed the back of his neck. "Something like that..."
"He slipped in th' kitchen, chasin' afta me..." Diane said as her tail continued to wave around in amusement.
"Meow???" Neko-Chan said in confusion. "Why was Alex chasing you?"
"I splashed 'im with cold water... after flushing the other toilet didn' work ta mah advantage..." The younger Brandshire replied casually.
"My tail still hurts..." Alex whined, getting just a grin from his sister. With a sigh, Alex turned to Ellen. "Love, would you kiss it better?"
As soon as those words left Alex Brandshire's mouth, the entire group came to a complete stop. The four Persona Users, a nekomata demoness, another woren, and the younger Brandshire just stared at him in disbelief.
"Excuse me???" Ellen said as she stared at her boyfriend. "What did you just say?"
"Could you kiss my tail and make it better love?" Alex replied as his ears flicked about.
"Dude!!!" Brad said as he held back his laughter. "Ellie! He wants you to kiss his butt!"
Frank was beside Brad, doubling over at what his friend was saying. Ellen just turned around, and whapped Alex upside the head.
"Ouch!!!" Alex said as he rubbed the back of his sore head. "Ellie, why..."
"You know why..." Ellen said coldly. But if you listened to her closely, you could tell that she was only playing with her boyfriend.
Frank just looked to Brad. "You know... he's kind of like Ranma Saotome..."
Brad laughed before whipping out a comb and fixing his own hair. "Open mouth..."
"And insert foot..." Frank said, completing his friend's sentence before doubling over again. Sonya flew from Brad's jacket and circled both Persona Users.
"Sometimes..." Sonya said as she ran a hand through her long blonde hair before hovering beside Yuki. "I just don't understand them..."
"Kami sama..." Yuki said, before shaking her head lightly.
"What?" Alex said, before realizing what he had just asked his girlfriend to do. "Oh Ladon..."
"Bro..." Diane managed to get out before laughing again. The black haired woren was actually laughing so hard that tears began to come from her eyes. Even her tail was lashing back and forth in amusement.
"Myah ha HA!!!" Neko-Chan managed to get out before she too began to laugh hysterically.
"Well... it seemed like the right thing to say..." Alex said sheepishly as his tail began to wave back and forth slightly.
"Love... just... don't say that again, okay?" Ellen said as she herself began to wipe a few tears from her eyes. "I'll heal you later, okay?" With that, she gave her boyfriend a kiss.
"Don't this beat all?" Ryan said as his tail continued to wave in amusement. "Alex... you're lucky she didn't kill you..."
"Aww... Ellie wouldn't do that..." Alex replied as he gave an award winning Brandshire grin.
"Don't try me..." Ellen said, returning the smile to her boyfriend.
Alex just gulped as he stared at Ellen. "All right... all right." The woren smoothly slid an arm around Ellen's waist as she herself leaned against him.
The group of friends continued their way to the school, talking about minor things and just joking around happily.
