Lunchtime at Windia High...

Frank and Kate were walking over to their usual table for lunch. The Persona User had his skateboard underneath an arm, but he paid attention to his girlfriend. Eventually, they had made their way to the table, and had taken their seats.

"Hey guys!" Frank said cheerfully as he leaned his board beside him. The Persona User saw Alex, and noticed that the woren was dead tired. "Whoa... Alex... you okay man?"

"Yeah..." Alex replied as he batted an ear. The woren then yawned loudly and stretched.

"Hey hey hey!!!" Cynthia said as she ducked beneath one of Alex's arms. "Watch it! I know you're sleepy, but still!" The wolf girl was now rearranging her lunch, since Alex had nearly knocked it off the table.

"Love..." Ellen said from across where Alex was sitting. "Why don't you apologize to Cynthia?"

Her words were in vain... As soon as Ellen had finished speaking, Alex had banged his head onto the table, and soon fell asleep.

"Love?" Ellen asked as she tapped her boyfriend lightly. The only response that she got out of the woren was a snore.

"Ladon..." Janet said as she stared at Alex. "He's kind of loud, don't you think?"

"Dun worry about it..." Diane replied as she took a bite out of her sandwich. "Jes let him sleep... He kinda needs it..." She looked at her brother's lunch, and smiled mischievously. "I guess ya won't mind if I take these then..." Diane reached over and took the cookies that Alex had packed in his lunch. Her tail began to wave happily as she bit into one of the peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies.

"Diane... that was cold!" Chris said with a chuckle. "Honestly, taking your brother's cookies while he can't defend them?"

"Yeah!" Brad added in. "At least offer some of the cookies to us!"

Cynthia began to laugh and yip in amusement as her tail began to wag. Beside her, Yuki was also holding back a chuckle.

"Anyway..." Ellen said as she finished up her lunch. "Come to think of it... now I'm bored..."

"Well then..." Frank said with a smile as he polished of his sandwich. He then placed his garbage in his paper bag. "Feel like burning some calories?"

Ellen leaned on the table and took a look at the Persona User. "What do you have in mind?"

Frank pulled his deck up. "Feel like flatlanding a little bit?"

"Now that..." Ellen said as she unclipped her blades from her backpack. "Isn't a bad idea..."

Frank and Ellen made their way to an unoccupied area of the courtyard. Before long, the two Persona Users began to do tricks on their modes of travel.

For Ellen, her tricks consisted of doing some figure skating maneuvers on her blades. She continued to skate a slow circle around Frank as he started up some skateboarding tricks. What they both didn't realize is that slowly but surely, people in the cafeteria court were turning their attention to what they were doing.

Ellen began to build up more speed as she continued to skate around Frank. Frank on the other hand, took a deep breath. In one smooth motion, he flipped the board onto it's underside, landed on the metal trucks, and spun in a complete circle, completing the Truck Spin.

While Frank was keeping his balance, Ellen did a quick mid-air kick and landed. After landing, she began to spin on one foot, much like any other figure skater would do.

Frank flipped the board a couple of times, landing on the trucks perfectly. Finally, he flipped the board on it's side and balanced on about a centimeter of maple wood.

Ellen finally stopped spinning and dropped into a low crouch with one leg extended in front of her. She continued to skate around Frank as he continued to balance on the edge of his board.

"Handstand, Frank! C'mon! You can do it!" Ellen yelled to her flatlanding partner. She finally skated over to an empty table and did a handplant off one of the seats.

"All right, all right..." Frank flipped his board back into a normal position, and did something that would impress anyone watching. The Persona User went into a handstand on his board. Frank flipped the board a few times with his hands, before placing one hand on the ground. He then took the board out from under him and extended his limbs, doing a Gymnist Plant. Finally, he placed the deck under him and got into a normal standing position as Ellen skated up to him.

"No fair..." Ellen said with a fake pout. "I asked for only a handstand... You converted that handstand into a Gymnist Plant!"

"Now Ellie... You didn't tell me that I wasn't allowed to convert it into another trick!" Frank replied innocently.

"Anyway..." Ellen replied. "That was great!" Suddenly, applause and whistles surrounded the two Persona Users. Apparently, the students outside caught their little show, and were impressed.

"Thank you... we'll be here all week..." Frank said with a chuckle as he and Ellen took a bow. As soon as the applause died down, both Persona Users made their way back to their table to kill time until lunch was over.
