Life at Windian High

"DAMMIT!" There was a loud cracking sound as Jason's fist collided with the sturdy, rough figure of the tree trunk. The windian recoiled his hand with a groan, his expression was something like a cross between a grimace and an animal-like snarl as he cast Cure3 on his broken fist and moved his fingers testingly. "DAMMIT DAMMIT DAMMIT!" Another punch at the tree and the process was repeated.

"Dude!" Chad was watching Jason with wide eyes. "How many times are you gonna break your fist?"

"Until I feel better." Jason growled out again and took about swing at the tree. This time a crunching sound was heard and the windian stumbled back, holding his wrist and swearing fluidly under his breath as he attempted to ignore the pain long enough to cast yet another cure spell. In an instant he was throwing punches at the tree again, using his left hand instead.

"Man! You're gonna break something.... again!" David grabbed a hold of the enraged windian and did his best to pry him from the plant life he had been attacking.

"Guy's right." Chad positioned himself between the tree and Jason as the red haired windian struggled to free himself from David's strong grasp. "What that tree ever do to you anyway?" Chad motioned over his shoulder with a nod.

"Let me go and get the fuck out of my way." Jason finally jerked himself free and paced up to Chad with a deep throated growl. The windian seemed to fidget uneasily under Jason's enraged glare.

I hate it when he's pissed... "Man, I don't think your hand can take much more of this..." Chad's eyes drifted down to where Jason's hands were curled into fists at his side.

"I've got two of them!" Jason snapped back quickly and tried to manuever around the obstical in front of him. Chad just moved to intercept him again.

"Dude, magic can only go so far, and don't try to tell me your hand doesn't hurt like shit right now."

Jason continued to glare at Chad as he massaged his right hand. He was right. It may have been healed up by the magic spell, but it still felt like it was broken many times over. Jason winced and his snarling expression seemed to grow even more dangerous.

"Say..." David cut in, doing his best to distract Jason. "Why don't we go do something else so you can blow off steam? We could head to the beach or something... what do you usually do when you're this ticked?"

"I usually go to the FUCKING archery range," Jason turned quickly, bearing down on David ferociously, "but that was BEFORE they fucking KICKED ME OUT!"

"Okay, okay!" Chad placed a nervous hand on Jason's shoulder, jumping lightly as the angry windian turned his glare back to him. "So we'll go find something else to do! Beach!" Chad nodded to David. "That was a good idea, yea, beach is good. Maybe uh... we could get a game of volleyball going!" Chad flashed Jason an uneasy smile. Jason didn't look the least bit convinced.

"Or maybe we could just go somewhere else!" David added in nerviously, an uneasy gaze drifting from Chad to Jason.

"Yea!" Chad nodded his head quickly in agreement with David. "Somewhere else sounds good! So," he turned back to Jason. "Where do you want to go?"

"I want to go beat the shit out of someone." Jason growled as he shrugged Chad's hand from his shoulder in a jerky motion and stalked off. The two remaining windians watched him go.

Chad whistled. "Damn... that's one pissed bird."

David nodded his agreement. "Well... at least the tree's okay..."

"Yea..." Chad nodded just slightly, his eyes still trained on Jason's vanishing form. "But whoever he runs into next won't be..."
