Journal of the Windian Trio

The Windian Trio was eating lunch in Jim Vagger's empty classroom today. Chad had suddenly realized that his next period was a Chemistry test that he had forgotten to study for, and he had hurried out of the cafeteria in search of a quiet place to study. Naturally, Jason and David had followed him. The three had headed into Vagger's room since the teacher always kept his room open. Vagger was the youngest teacher to be teaching at Windian High. He was also a graduate of Windian High, and many of the students enjoyed having him around. He was a history teacher, and a welcomed change from Mr. Jamerson's usual histroy classes.

The trio had pushed a bunch of desks together and were using their construction as a large table. Chad had his chemistry book and notes out, hurridly reading over random highlighted pages. Jason was sitting on one of the desks next to him, munching on a sandwich as he attempted to distract his flustered friend. David too had been doing his best to pull Chad's attention away from his work until the windian wrestler had realized that he still had homework he needed to complete for his fifth period class and decided to use the rest of lunch to try and get that done. Opening up his backpack, he pulled out his math book and flipped it open.

"Dude." Jason blinked in amazement as he caught sight of the tinted orange pages of David's book. "What the fuck happened to your text?"

"What? This?" David looked down at his math book and thumbed through a couple more pages. Jason just stared, dumbfounded as he noted that each page had the same orange tint to it.

"What in the..." Chad too was now looking up. The windian's wings flexed open and closed as he started to laugh in wonder. "DUDE! How did you do that?" David's only reply was a simple grumble. Of course both Chad and Jason took this as a sign to pry the explianation out of their friend.

"Man, come on." Jason chuckled as he raised an eyebrow at David. "How the fuck did you manage that? I couldn't do that much damage with a day full of boredom and unlimited highlighters!"

"It wasn't a highlighter." David muttered again.

"It wasn't?" Chad blinked in amazement and stroaked his goatee. "Well, what else can turn paper that color of orange? Oh wait, dude, was it your sister?"

"No," David rolled his eyes. "It wasn't my sister..."

"Well what the fuck happened?" Jason had a look of genuine curiousity on his face as he looked at David expectantly. The windian just sighed and leaned back in his chair.

"Alright... look... yesterday..." The wrestler groaned and shook his head. "No, forget it, it's stupid..."

"Dude," Chad chuckled. "There's nothing wrong with stupid. Now c'mon, spill the beans already." David just muttered and groaned again.

"Oh alright. It was yesterday, and I had this huge craving for something orange while I was working on some school stuff in my room. I had my yearbook out on my desk, I had my math book out, my history book, I was writing up my essay for Mr. Jamerson, and I just got really really thirsty, so I decided to go get some orange juice to drink..." The windian rubbed the back of his neck as he continued.

"So I headed into the kitchen, opened up the fridge, and grabbed our carton of orange juice. Now, me being lazy, brought the whole carton back to my room from the kitchen. Me being stupid didn't realized that I already had a full bottle of orange soda at my desk, and set down the carton of Carnish's 100% Orange Juice next to the bottle of Orange Soda. Picked up the Orange Soda, shook it like it was the Orange Juice, opened it and watched it as it fizzed all over my year book from last year, my math book, my arm, my history book and all over the essay I had been working on for the past two days, all the while thinking 'Why the hell is my orange juice fizzing?'"

Jason and Chad were laughing so hard that David was uncertain if either of them were breathing. It took about five minutes for them to calm down enough that they could catch their breath and attempt to wipe the tears of laughter from their eyes, and still five minutes after that the two would spontaniously burst into fits of laughter if they made eye contact with each other or with David, or just if one of them started to giggle. David just rolled his eyes and went back to doing his math homework as he waited for his friends to recover.
