Journal of the Windian Trio

"Krissy Philips?"

"Here!" The lanky arm of the highlander girl waved briefly in the air before she lowered it. Windford nodded to her before continuing down the list.

"Rick Donburg?"

"Here." The grassrunner shot his hand up into the air momentarily, then jerked it back down and continued his conversation with his friends.

"Carl Branson?" This time Vagger's voice rang out as the two teachers continued to go over their lists of students. The twenty students, two teachers, and all of their accesories that were scheduled to head out for a four day field trip was gathered together infront of the school. First period had just started, leaving the front of the school open and clear for the teachers to call role of their students and get everyone organized.

"Yo." The windian flashed Vagger a thumbs up. The woren teacher just chuckled.

"Tym Black?"

The forestclan girl opened her mouth to say something but instead of words a loud howl escaped her mouth as her eyes went wide in surprise. She immediatly spun around, eyes flashing with ashen fire as she glared at the startled woren behind her. "WATCH WERE YOU'RE FUCKING STEPPING, YOU JACKASS!"

"That would be a yes." Windford marked off her name on his list.

"And that would be Gregory Stimpleton behind her." Vagger motioned with a nod towards the bewildered woren Tym was currently chewing out for accidentally stepping on her tail. "Right..." Vagger scanned down his list once more. "Chad Wingston?"

"Huh?" Chad looked up from where he, David and Jason were innocently unzipping random people's backpacks. "Oh! Here!"

Vagger just stared and raised an eyebrow at Chad's innocent grin. Chad was hoping Vagger didn't know what the trio was doing. Vagger, being Vagger, and being that he had attented Windian High just a few years ago, and being that he'd graduated from the very school, and being that he did in fact pull off stunts much like the one he was currently witnessing, knew exactly what they were doing. The teacher's tail tip flicked lightly, pencil in hand, and hovering just over Chad's name on his list (he was about to mark off that Chad was present and accounted for) the young adult honestly wasn't sure what to do. On one hand, he was supposed to be making sure that no trouble ensued within these next few days, and for that he should bring to attention the mess of people's packs that the Windian Trio was about to make. On the other hand, Vagger could relate entirely to what they were doing. Ah to hell with it. He looked down at his name list again as he marked beside Chad's name. I didn't see anything.

Chad's expression turned to that of confusion as he looked over at his friends. The teachers continued to call out names in the background. "Dude, did you guys see that?"

"See what?" Jason carefully unzipped the backpack of a nearby Creeper clan boy before turning to his friend. Chad gestured towards Vagger with a jerk of his thumb.

"The look he just gave us."

"He gave us a look?" David glanced up as Vagger called out his name. "Here!"

"Yea he did.. it was so weird..." Chad stroked his goattee thoughtfully. "Anyway." He reached over and unzipped a windian girls' bag as Jason shouted out that he was here. "I'd say it's about time to clear this area."

With a mutual nod, the Windian Trio grabbed their things and walked towards a different section of the crowd of students as the two teachers finished calling out names. In beautiful unison, they watched as about seven students all went to pick-up and adjust their packs, and in beautiful unison they watched as the packs of all seven students burst open all at once, spilling out all of their contents onto the ground. Then in the moments that followed, they got to watch as a wave of chaos and shouting rippled over the entire group of students. The trio did their best to act startled and surprised, and Chad was almost certain that he caught Vagger trying to hide a knowing smirk on his face as Windford rushed into the center of the confusion, trying to clear everything up.
