Day of the Play

Frank stepped off the stage, still drenched from the water as he looked around. "Towel?? Please? Anyone?"

Alex glanced up from his script, his ear twitching lightly. "Uh... we don't have any..."

Frank stared at the woren in wonder for a moment. "You had me land face-first in soup... then had David dunk me repeatedly into two vats of water... and you don't have a towel for me?"

"Well..."

Frank narrowed his eyes in annoyance at the woren before drawing his sword and pointing it at Alex. "Hello... my name is Inigo Montoya... you didn't get me a towel for my scene... prepare to die... YAARGH!" With that the Persona User leapt off the stage and charged at Alex. Alex barely had time to react before Frank slashed at him, sending the woren running through the auditorium to get away from the soaked teen. Diane watched curiously as Alex jumped a row of seats to try and get away from Frank.

"I warned him 'bout given them prop weapons..." With a chuckle she turned to Ellen. "Guess we'd better find a towel 'fore yer boyfriend loses some fur."

A moment later and a towel smacked Frank in the face, causing him to stop in his charge. Pausing to remove the cloth, Frank glanced around to see who tossed it to him and caught sight of a waving Diane and Ellen.

"As funny as it is ta see ya chasin' Alex around," Diane chuckled, "we need our director here ta run this thing..."

Frank chuckled as he began to dry himself off. "Thanks guys. Say, where'd Alex go anyway?"

There was a whimper from somewhere above and the three looked up to see Alex hiding in the rafters. The woren glanced down at his cast members, tail waving slightly. "What... never seen a cat in the rafters before?"

With a sigh and a giggle Ellen motioned to her boyfriend. "Get back down here you silly stripped furball. We've got a play to finish."
