Frank was in shock, to say the least. He had seen many things during his adventures, but this was one of the ones that he had never thought would happen. He was happy, however, that Kate had found her mother again. He respected their privacy, so he decided to back away and let them talk.

Frank turned to Philemon again. He had some questions of his own.

"Philemon... may I talk to you?" He asked politely.

"Of course, Frank. What is on your mind, young one?" Philemon asked.

"First off, where can I go to create my Ultimate Persona? I don't think there's a Velvet Room in Windia."

"I have talked to Igor about the matter. He will be opening a portal in the Colliseum to the Velvet Room." Philemon stated.

Frank shook his head. "I'm sorry, Philemon. That's still not going to help. I've only got one spell card, and I need two to create a Persona."

Philemon waved his hand *I have talked to Alex's party and Yuki's party. Both have agreed to leave you some of their Spell cards. Just go to the Velvet Room and pick them up."

"Thank you Phile... wait... Yuki's party??? What's going on????" Frank asked in desperation.

"Yuki, Brad, Alana, Tad and Tammy are in St. Hermelin. Right now, They are trying to save Your teacher. She is possessed by a demon known as the Snow Queen. It is quite a long story, actually..." Philemon told him.

Frank sighed. "Okay, Philemon. Second question. Why is Kate's mom here with you?"

"She is here so that she can watch over Kate. Her soul won't rest. She wants to make sure her daughter will be all right." He explained to Frank.

"How sweet..." Frank started. He then had an idea.

"Philemon... may I ask for a favor?"

Philemon studied him, reading his soul. "Of course, Frank. What is it you desire?"

Frank pulled the ring from his jacket pocket. "This ring...I got it while negotiating... Could you infuse some power into it so that Kate can talk to her mother whenever she would like? I... care about her... And I don't want to see her hurt..."

"You truly care about her, don't you? In fact... I'll go as far to say that you're in love with her... And that you would do anything to keep her safe." Philemon said quietly.

Frank looked at his feet, then back at Philemon. "I... I.... I really do love her. Philemon... I do..." Frank then felt a tear roll down his cheek.

"I will do it, Frank. Please, give me the ring." Frank gave Philemon the ring, and instantly, it began to glow with power. When he was through, the ring's stone was the same shade as Kate's eyes, and the ring was the right size for her ring finger. Philemon then gave the ring back to Frank.

"Thank you, Philemon... Thank you for everything..." Frank said with a tone full of meaning.

"You deserve it Frank. You and your friends are the best group to have been chosen by me so far. You fight not for your own needs, but for everyone. Take good care of Kate. She is an important person to both Windia, and you." Philemon said proudly.

Frank nodded, and turned to see that Kate was coming in their direction.

"It is time. I will appear to you again when the time is right. Right now... Finish up your business in the Colliseum. I will transport you to Windia when you are ready." He told Frank.

Frank nodded, and smiled the biggest smile that he could manage. This was one thing that he had to do, since he had no reason to truly smile since the incident in Lunarvale, and now Windia, had begun.
